Irene S. Tsai, MD

Dr. Irene S. Tsai is a board-certified UCI Health radiologist who specializes in the detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. Her clinical interests include breast MRI, high-risk breast screening and image-guided breast biopsy.

She obtained her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where she also completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in breast imaging.

Tsai is the director of breast imaging at UCI Medical Center in Orange and UCI Health — Yorba Linda. She also serves as chief of breast imaging for the Department of Radiological Sciences.
