Horrible customer service by Renalyne Reyes on 8/9/2023 Driver was rude. My husband waited over 4 hrs on a tow. Upon arrival driver then refused to pick up. Its now 930 pm. Manager dispatches him to decline and leave bc he over heard my husband sayin something he didnt like. So they left him stranded. Bad atitude. And took off. If this were your loved one stranded and relied on a tow only to have someone blantly tell you they dont pick up in the ghetto. I will never recommend anyone to be treated in this manner. Very unprofessional and when i called the manager i can see where they attained poor customer service from!!!!
