Fitness Kickboxing
SoCal Fight Factory's Fitness Kickboxing program is fun, fast paced and non-contact acitivity, focusing on helping you tone your entire body. You will get stronger, increase your flexibility and learn basic self-defense skills, while burning up to 800 calories per hour!


This class is not your typical aerobics class! This class is designed for people who really want to see fast results. No experience is required, all you have to do is show up ready to train. This is a serious program, but one that you can still have fun with.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program - BJJ

“Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was specifically developed to allow a smaller person defeat a larger person by sophisticated application of leverage and technique”.
You will learn how to gain superior body position on your opponent and apply a variety of chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations that is the foundation for this cutting edge fighting art.
Our Academy's offers a complete Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program taught by Professional Certified instructors. You will learn the fundamentals of ground fighting (where most fights end up anyway), and learn to acquire and maintain control of your opponent then force them to submit. Our Program incorporates practical technique demonstration and practice, live sparring, competition training, as well as general fitness. If you goal is to learn self defense, get in shape, or compete at Jiu Jitsu tournaments or to fight in MMA matches, our BJJ program is for you.

Kids Mixed Martial Arts Program

"Boost Your Children's Confidence, Improve Their Grades And Give Them The Physical And Mental Edge For The Rest Of Their Lives!"

Kids will learn the most effective and unique martial arts anywhere. At SoCal Fight Factory, your child will learn a mixture of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling, Boxing and Muay Thai, that make-up our Mixed Martial Arts program. These techniques will give your child a foundation in athletics that will stay with them their entire life. They will learn tumbling, stretching sportsmanship and respect. This is a unique program that is especially designed for kids between 5-15 years of age. Your kids will learning practical self defense skills while getting a good cardio work-out and improving their self confidence. All classes are 1-hour long.

Kickboxing (Muay Thai) Program

If you're looking for a program using full-contact, stand-up techniques and want to transform your body into a well-toned physically fit machine, then our Thai Kickboxing (Muay Thai) program is for you.

Thai kickboxing came out of Thailand and over the last 50 years or so has quickly spread to Europe, Australia and North America. Although it is a full-contact sport involving strikes, kicks, elbows and knees, special care is taken to protect students from injury while still benefiting from the full demands of the sport.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that combines a wide variety of fighting techniques, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai (Kickboxing) . The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground. This sport allows martial artists of different backgrounds to compete together. SoCal Fight Factory will train and prepare students to compete in MMA competition if that is their goal.
