Great food, but it took forever and arrived cold!
My Review by Rick via eat24hours.com on 10/3/2011
Great experience. Nothing bad to say at all. If you order a salad, I strongly suggest ordering the dressing on the side cuz they are very generous. Even had a lot of chicken. Lasagna had plenty of sauce and cheese quality was good.

New York Style pizza is pretty accurate. Don't order the salad though, not worth the money.
Terrible Catering by blythely via Citysearch on 8/22/2011
I placed a catering order and was quoted prices off of their old menu. When the food arrived, it was not only luke warm, but they had left off the key item in my order (a lasagna). When I called to ask where it was, they claimed I hadn't…
My Review by Michele via eat24hours.com on 8/3/2011
Delivery was fine... food, not so much. I don't know how old the lasagna was but it was so dry that the cheese crumbled. For a 1st time customer, I wasn't impressed.
My Review by Cristina via eat24hours.com on 3/31/2011
They're food was good, they we're fast but I feel the portions where small for the price! I feel Pastas and Pizzas might be better there! :)

Ordered the Sicilian Pizza (pepperoni, canadian bacon, jalape?os, onion), it was delicious.\r

Decor inside was nice but cramped towards the section leading to the bathroom. The food took an exceptional amount of time to arrive (more…

Just ordered it a few days ago. Hoping for some good old fashioned lasagna. It was horrible. Awful. Not edible filled with this horrible processed meet. Stay away!

Excellent Deep Dish Pizza by jclay1018 via Citysearch on 8/21/2006
When I moved to LA from Chicago I went through pizza withdrawals. I tried soooo many places, but everything was average, at best. I really don't understand why everyone likes Abbott's. It tastes like mall pizza to me. Anyway...\r

This is an all time favorite. The food is great, inexpensive and comes out quick. They have a nice lunch menu and a small bar. Not so great parking because its in old town but there is a parking garage close by. I have never been for…

Awesome Pizza at a Low Price by josephhughes via Citysearch on 5/24/2006
I paid a visit to this place on my lunch break and ordered a slice of mushroom and a slice of pepperoni pizza -- very good.
The slices are only $2 each (cheese only). A quarter for each additional topping.
The service is friendly…
Great food by Michael S via Insider Pages on 5/12/2006
This is a nice little italian restaurant in old town pasadena. Decent priced lunch menu, great calzones and the pizza is excellent! They take pre-orders and I believe they even deliver.
really good place for lunch by Lindsay B via Insider Pages on 1/13/2006
The kitchen is my favorite place to eat lunch in Old Town. They have great lunch specials and really good pizza. All their pasta dishes are tasty as well. I also really enjoy the house salad. The lettuce is always fresh and they make…
if you're looking for a romantic italian dinner... by Aileen C. via Judy's Book on 9/26/2005
The Kitchen is perfect. The restaurant is small and cozy, with beautiful decor and great service. The menu ranges from salads to delicious pastas and pizzas. I personally enjoy the chicken marsalla, although friends tend to stick with…
Wonderful dining by Janelle T. via Judy's Book on 7/10/2005
The place is small but the food is great. The garlic cheese bread and shrimp scampi are my favorite. It is a romantic little place with not a lot of hustle around your table so you can enjoy your dining experience with the ones you love.…
Good Value, Good Food by gragegrl via Citysearch on 6/27/2005
Not pretentious, not too busy; both things that are hard to find in Old Town. This has great food; the Chicken Parmesean is very good, Garlic Bread was only so-so. I haven't tried the Pizza yet but definitely will after reading all the…

I travel all over the country and the service at The Kitchen is as good if not better than the kind of service you get in the midwest...and the food is even better than the service! We got the Brushetta as an appetizer, it was excellent! …
