All service calls except clogs are warranted for 30 days. All of the parts, fixtures, and other equipment we provide come with manufacturer warranties. We provide you with the manufacturers’ information, and you can contact them about their warranties or extended warranties. New fixtures and faucets are warranted for 30 days New water heaters are warranted for 1 year. Unfortunately, clogs can be a recurring problem caused by many factors that make removing them difficult to guarantee. We remove the clogs that are causing the problem during our initial visit and test the system to make sure everything is flowing correctly and also advise about steps you can take to prevent future clogs. A same-day call back for a clog is considered a continuation of the initial problem and charged at a minimum rate.
