Ms. Elizabeth Stepp has litigated a wide variety of high stakes, complex commercial cases in state and federal courts in Texas, New York, California, Delaware, Colorado, and Florida. She has extensive experience in financial services litigation, securities class actions, white-collar defense, entertainment and professional malpractice cases. Ms. Stepp has had repeated success in both obtaining and defending against temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions when time was of the essence.

Ms. Stepp has successfully defended investment firms, money managers, high-tech companies, manufacturers and individuals in class action and other lawsuits by shareholders, as well as defending companies and individuals against government investigations, including those by the SEC, the NASD, and the FTC. She has also ensured that corporate mergers are completed without derailment by objecting investors or competing bidders.
