A few days ago, the assigned technician was Sevan and I was surprised by his presence for he looked so professional. He had all the tools with him, so I then started to trust him to do the repair. He's truly a smart and skilled one for he knew what particular part needed to be fixed and replaced. Therefore, the repair process was completely finished within an hour. Superb quality of the repair!
