The worst electrician in Sacramento by remginn via Citysearch on 12/20/2010

He knows nothing about fixing anything. He has no experience. Our master room had no electricity. He came and just changed a bulb. He charged $100. After a few days we had the same problem, we called him, he came and asked for more…
