Stephen Alfano, DDS

Dr. Stephen Alfano is a board-certified prosthodontist with advanced training in maxillofacial prosthetics and implant dentistry. He earned his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center and completed Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics training at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, along with a master’s in biomedical sciences from George Washington University.

Dr. Alfano served over 20 years in the U.S. Navy, where he led clinical teams and trained future dentists. He offers expert care for complex cases including full-mouth rehabilitation, facial prosthetics, and implant-supported restorations. Dr. Alfano is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
