Michelle had specific recommendations for me based on the symptoms she observed throughout the course of my massage. She demonstrated stretches that I can use to lessen my hip flexor discomfort and back pain while at work.

I knew I wanted my neck and shoulders massaged, she worked in my mid back first which I think help tremendously to alleviate the stiffness i was experiencing. I wished I had a longer massage with Brianne!
