Not everything is actually 99 cents so I do have to look at the price. It just makes you think that everything is cheap but it's not always true. There's a bunch of random stuff, that's all I have to say.

The thing about this 99 cent store and any 99 cent store is that there is no common ground on the items. You can find a bunch of misc. items sometimes cheaper than retail but they will be around a buck. not everything is really 99 cents…
