Yes. Gift cards can be purchased in any amount and can be redeemed both in store and online. And they don't expire! Purchase digital gift cards here. Physical gift cards are available by request (Please inquire in store or via email).

Yes! We can gift wrap items you purchase at the store and items purchased elsewhere for a small fee. Pricing depends on size and difficulty of the item. You are welcome to choose from our paper options or supply your own paper. Contact us for more info. For online orders, select "Gift Wrap - Yes" on each item page, for items you'd like wrapped.

We offer local SF delivery (via Doordash and Postmates), curbside pick-up, and in store pick-up. Delivery and store pick-up are available during store hours (Wed-Sun 11-6).

Orders generally arrive between about 2-7 business days. There may be carrier delays. Please reach out for quotes on expedited shipping.

Please expect a few business days to process orders. Please note we fulfill orders during store hours (Wed-Sun 11AM-6PM PST). We ship primarily via USPS and UPS and offer flat rate shipping. Some exclusions may apply based on your region. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or within 14 days of receiving your online order. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Receipt or CC used must be present. No cash or card refunds. All sale items are final.
