On Polk... by Manny B via Insider Pages on 1/29/2009 This Chinese food spot is right on Polk Street near public transportation. I have had the noodles and generals chicken both taste decent. This is your typical Chinese restaurants. I would recommend to others, but Panda is just as good.

My Review by demian via GrubHub on 2/12/2008 not sure why the low rating... they are fast, they use good quality ingredients, and the food is actually a cut above the standard chinese fare. Also, they are consistent (which is important when feeding a bunch of hungry designers at 1am).
