I chose a wood frame but was given a plastic one. I specified the matt width but did not receive it. They offered to fix everything. I declined.

I have used Frames Connection several times, they are very helpful when you don't know what you want, VERY reasonably priced and have quick service! DO NOT use anyone else!!! All others are overpriced for shabby service and materials.
