comfy by Kristin C via Insider Pages on 2/27/2008 Hoity Toity is not actually hoity toity. It is a pretty down to earth, there for your comfort sort of place. The people are nice, the clothes aren't fabulous, but are definitely wearable. This is a loungewear sort of place.
