Home Depot by Green World on 6/15/2021
This Home Depot is a bit more "rough" than the Home Depot in Van Nuys. The customers are in a rush and all over the place. They have no consideration for others. Employees don't seem to enthusiastic about their job either. Home Depot is big and had everything I was looking for so I cannot complain about that

I came in here quickly to return 2 water bottles I purchased 2 weeks ago that both broke on the handle. So the return was quick and the lady was helpful. I also needed to purchase some sand paper. So instead of me going crazy looking which aisle it was on, ha ha , I just asked and someone guided me to it. There was different options and I was able to purchase the one I needed. I didn't have a bad experience. Not sure what the negative reviews are for

I believe it's incredibly funny that Home Depot does not have fans or any swamp coolers because they consider it a "seasonal item"... It's California!!! It's SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA at that! How can you not carry fans when it's 100 degrees…
Completely incompetent by c g via Insider Pages on 2/18/2012
I done with Home Depot! A year ago I looked for a tiny plastic handle. Not there, but they had it on their website. The girl at the so-called Service desk rudely said there was no way they could order it for me, even though I kept saying…
Worst Customer Service by thedynamicduoofla via Citysearch on 7/16/2008
I don't know where to begin, but this one takes the cake.\r
went in there and was accused of sending in my family for an item that was suppose to be for individual sale. No where on the advertising does it mention anything about per…
rude, very rude by Dean D via Insider Pages on 4/1/2008
most of the people that go through the isles are knowledgeable and helpful. Past that, watch out. Rude high school-age employees and leads at the checkout ? not the first time for me, but definitely the last. Why hassle with it, when you…
Chaotic and unkempt by Linda W via Insider Pages on 10/23/2007
The difference between this Home Despot and the one in Simi Valley is stunning. In Simi, your car is not overrun by day laborers who try to get work from you, or if you're a female like me, giving you uncomfortable stares and gestures. …
Typical example by Charles Z via Insider Pages on 4/28/2005
This is your general run of the mill Home Depot: Clean , well stocked, a helpful staff - when they are not being overrun with other questions. The selection is outstanding and the garden section was equally impressive. I prefer this place…
This is your standard Home Depot by John F via Insider Pages on 4/19/2005
This Home depot is about the same as any of the others that you have shopped at. It has just about everything you will need for your projects, and the employees are very helpful and friendly.
My Review by Fernando C via Insider Pages on 2/3/2005
Of course Home Depot has an excellent return policy. I have found, however, that their prices are kind of high sometimes. They do have a good variety, but they are always crowded, it is hard to find an employee who isn't busy. And if you…
Yes! hours are not convenient by jv via Citysearch on 6/18/2002
The hours are not very convenient anymore, and their customer service seems to be getting worst. They either do not have enough stuff or the one that is available is not always very knowledgeable.
New hours don't work by mujohnson via Citysearch on 6/12/2002
This was my favorite place to go until they stopped being open 24 hours. For people like me who work during the day, it was very nice. Now I have to take an extra drive to find what I need
