Welcome to the Steam Train Hotel! Our newly renovated boutique hotel is located in Antonito, Colorado, part of the San Luis Valley, in the heart of Historic Conejos County. Surrounded by the majesty of the Rocky Mountains, we boast an average of 350 days of clear skies a year!

Nature lovers and history enthusiasts find our location ideal for visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Zapata Falls, the Rio Grande National Forest, the historic Cumbers & Toltec Scenic Railroad, and much more. Located on the Los Caminos Antiguos Scenic & Historic Byway, our location also offers perfect access to world class fishing, hiking, biking, hunting and snowmobiling.

Our hotel charmingly integrates the beauty and history of the valley with the luxury of modern convenience. Each room has been individually decorated with antiques, and includes a private bath/shower, fine linens, down comforters, high ceilings, satellite TV, free wireless internet, 32" flat screen TV's and DVD players. Full kitchens and Jacuzzi tubs are also included with some rooms.

In addition, we also offer Bed & Breakfast accommodations at the Indiana Jones Home. This spacious bit of history was featured as Indy's childhood home in the blockbuster Steven Spielberg movie "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade". This historic home has been charmingly renovated to include 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is beautifully decorated including memorabilia from the movie as well as antiques.
