I called and scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed in my 2014 Jeep. I was able to get the appointment as soon as I could arrive. This Pep Boys was Great. I was greeted by Carlos and he was so friendly and so great with his knowledge. The Tech that I had, Nathan, was Great also. He discovered that I needed a new battery so I had him replace it. He also found that there was a nail in my tire and Carlos said they could not patch it and asked me if my tire was under warranty and I told him I thought my tire was through Discount Tires and it was. The service that I received at this Pep Boys located at 7999 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada Co 80003 outstanding. I WILL be a returning customer from now on. They all made my day.

It was a good visit. The staff worked quickly and they seemed to do a good job. The sound went away and now the car is running fine.

Was glad for same-day service but somewhat inconvenienced
that the 5pm out-time was not met. Oh well, as long as my truck
is good to go (and stop) that's the main thing.

I got my breaks done after I left my tire started smoking I took my car back and they were rude and made me miss my daughter's basketball game. I will never go to that just brakes ever again...

The mechanic working on my car came out and asked if I wanted to do all of these additional services. He then tried to get me to purchase the hardware that came with the brake pads as an additional purchase, among other things.

I had another excellent experience at this location. Mike is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This is the second time I have been to this location and dealt with him, and I will be coming back for all of my auto's needs.
