Qi Athletic Clubs and Seasons Spin-Yoga studio merged, August 1st, 2008. Together they are known as Qi Athletic Clubs and Spin-Yoga Studios.

Qi (chee) means life force, or the spiritual energy of all things. Vital Energy. Our philosophy of fitness is an approach to living the best life you can. You cannot accomplish what is important in life if you are physically and mentally imbalanced.

Our approach of combining Spin and Yoga, allows our students to experience all the components of fitness in one class!

Spin-Yoga, 30-minutes of spin followed by 30-minutes of Power Yoga, will increase strength, enhance flexibility, improve body composition, and promote a deeper mind/body connection.

Spin-Yoga, is a fusion class of cardio, flexibility, and strength.
