Perfect date night by EJ719 via Citysearch on 2/25/2011
First of all, don't go for lunch. Not that the lunch buffet is bad, necessarily, but it's not anywhere near as good as dinner. Save your lunch money and go 5 doors down to Luceros for the best chicken and potato burrito EVER.
Anyway, I…
Mmm... Jewel by Decemberpoetry via Citysearch on 4/28/2010
I love this restaurant. I go at least once a week. The food is delicious, and the service is amazing. I have occasionally gotten a waiter who is less than friendly, but almost everyone who works there is chipper and helpful. I recommend…

I've honestly never written a review, but I enjoy their food so much I felt as if I just HAD to let the world know! I've lived all over the country and have eaten Indian food in many different cities, but I never thought I would've found…
BEST place for either buffet or dinner! by RuffRyders via Citysearch on 10/19/2009
This is my favorite Indian Restaurant in Denver. Buffet is constantly renewed with fresh food, and the variety is so vast. Dinner is just amazing, service may slow down during busy hours, but its understandable because of the how busy this…

I love this resturaunt it is my very favorite. The owner is generally on the premises, that says something for the quality control. You can control the spiciness of you dish. I love the coconut chicken. The chai has gotten a little…
Our favorite Indian buffet by den123 via Citysearch on 6/4/2008
We've tried a number of Indian restaurants in the metro Denver area (Bombay Clay Oven, Little India, India House, Namaste and Taste of India to name a few), but this is our favorite. We've never been there for dinner, b/c it's too hard to…
ordinary, at best by cruisewave22 via Citysearch on 5/13/2008
the food is very ordinary. the waiters are always hovering all around you like bees. they are adamant to get you to order dessert even if you do not want to. overall, i have had much better indian food at other places.
Authentic Indian food without the ridiculous prices! by zgastronomist via Citysearch on 5/11/2008
I grew up eating authentic indian food and my search for a place in denver came to an end when I found the Jewel of India. I had been to many other indian places here in Denver (House of India, Bombay Clay Oven and Little India) and while…

As a journalist who travels around the country (and occasionally to foreign countries), I have had the chance to try a wide range of Indian food restauarants. I can tell you that the food at Jewel of India is not only authentic - but…

worst indian food (they can't cheat some one with good indian tastes) by neelamsuperwoman via Citysearch on 2/25/2007
We visited the restaurant today and tried the buffet. The vegetable korma served was stale and smelling. When one of the managers was questioned by my husband , we got a reply that the curry smells so naturally. I was surprised at the…
Forget the rest - this is the best! by nullus via Citysearch on 2/24/2007
This is by far the best Indian Restaurant in Colorado. We?ve tried many Indian Restaurants and the Jewel of India tops them all! The food is flavorful without going overboard with the spice. The buffet is a great way to try many dishes.

Jewel of India offers a delicious lunch buffet and dinner menu. There are a large variety of choices, each prepared with just the right blend of spices. The chai is very flavorful and a great accompaniment to the meal. Jewel of India…
The BEST Indian food in Colorado! Swaad! (Delicious!) by javagoddessk via Citysearch on 10/3/2006
Should you get the chance to meander to Westminster and track down the Jewel of India in its little corner-pocket location of the King Sooper's shopping center, order a lot of food. Not because you'll need it--the portions are perfect--but…
Jewel of India- The BEST Indian food in Colorado! by kellyinwestminster via Citysearch on 9/13/2006
I am fortunate enough to call Jewel of India my favorite neighborhood restaurant. My children and I have been eating there since they were born. The service, always with a smile, is refreshing after a long day of standing in lines, and…
Good food, poor service by monk07 via Citysearch on 9/3/2006
This is probably the best Indian food you can get around here - though only in the strictly relative sense. The food is still generic though they do prepare it well. Service poor - no sense of how to be good hosts. They'll rush you to…
