I have been coming here for 3 months and I love it! The instructors are awesome and it is a fun way to get in shape! It is something I look forward to every week!

I have been going to ilovekickboxing (in Denver off Quebec) for a month now and I love it! Last year was a hard year and I've never been one for a strict workout routine but kickboxing is addicting! I am healthier, happier and more confident. After a stressful day at work, it's awesome to have a place to let it all out and get fit in the process. The best part is the people who work and attend-all around kind and supportive! I can't imagine not having this as a part of my routine now.

At ILKB, you get your money's worth! I initially bought a deal on Groupon, but at the end of the first class, I was hooked and signed up for a membership. Each class is fun and challenging, and the instructors make sure you are making progress both on your technique and your fitness journey.

I never thought I was the exercise class type, but now I've been going for almost a year. The muscles and confidence you build is addicting and fun! Thanks to this studio, I can now do push-ups on my toes and don't blink at burpees. It's the best way to get a HIIT workout. Plus, the instructors are down-to-Earth and have been on their own fitness journeys which makes them even more relatable. The community is supportive, too. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Fitness has always been a struggle for me because it’s so difficult to make exercise fun. ILKB makes that part so easy! Every class is different enough so that my body never gets used to the workout and the combos are so much fun. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and fun to be around. They always make me feel welcome and they are great at focusing on safe form to avoid injury. I feel powerful and accomplished at the end of every workout. I’ve also seen great results in just a few months!

I'm a fan of ILKB Denver! From the minute you walk in the door you're greeted by friendly instructors. The workouts are always challenging (in the best way) and I started feeling more fit and energized after my first week.
