For nearly 30 years, Hammerskil Homes has designed, built, and remodeled custom homes throughout Northern Colorado. Owned and operated by Jerry Hanley, Hammerskil Homes is a proud family custom home builder. Starting in the construction business as a framer, Jerry learned the intimate details of the building process on his way to becoming a general contractor.

First specializing in home remodels, Jerry and his company soon began to add custom home building to their skill set. With decades of experience already under our belts, we continue to learn innovative techniques as a local home building and remodeling contractor. This passion for innovation is manifested in the form of green building practices and solar designs.
