Sure Serve Legal Process Service opened it's doors early 2012 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Since opening, we have assisted hundreds of clients with successfully serving Subpoenas, summons, and other legal documents, as well as providing surveillance, background checks, document delivery, skip tracing, and courier services.

To be sure the job is finished on time, our process servers take a unique approach to delivering documents to those defendents who tend to avoid us. We will NEVER charge full price if we fail to deliver your documents in a timely manner.
