We are carpet cleaners, NOT furniture movers. We also won't unclog your drain, even though our machine could easily do it. Why? Because we are not plumbers. It is not our profession. Do you do things that are not part of your profession, for free? Didn't think so.

We are not a furniture moving company, we are a carpet cleaning company. Do you ask your dentist why he doesn't give you a manicure while he's cleaning your teeth? It's not his job. Our job is carpet cleaning. We will, on occasion, move furniture, BUT we charge for it.

No. We are not furniture movers nor do we carry insurance for such work. Call a furniture moving company and ask them if they clean carpet for free when they come to move your furniture. See how stupid that sounds? If you want furniture moved, you will have to move it. Yes, on occasion, we have been known to slide a couple smaller pieces out of the way and put them back, but we don't make a habit of it. We are Pink's Carpet Cleaning NOT Pink's Furniture Moving.

1. Vacuum thoroughly, every part of carpet that you want cleaned. 2. Make sure everything is picked up off the floor. 3. Move any furniture you want moved. 4. Make sure the closest parking to you home is available for us. 5. Make sure you have electricity & water. 6. Do NOT spot treat before we get there.

Absolutely not! If another carpet cleaning company will do it for less and that's what you want, hire them. If we price match, then we would have to quality match as well, which is not a good thing. We are in business to make money, not discount our services to compete with those carpet cleaners that are bottom feeders & fight for the cheapest price. I don't go to your job and ask you if you'll work for a 10th of your wages just because someone else says they will. If you're a price shopper, we are NOT for you. Our prices reflect our experience, knowledge, training, insanely expensive professional equipment, insurance bond and what we offer vs. what the "competitor" offers.

Our pricing varies, but for lightly soiled carpets in homes under 3000 total sq.ft., we charge $50 per bedroom, $75-$100 for a living room $5.00 each for average steps. Add $25 per room for a deluxe carpet cleaning.
