lazy ass disrespectful employee by randresen77 on 12/19/2020 Loaf and jug is the gas station i go to because i think it has the best fountain soda. This one location in particular has cherry coke so i go to this one even though its 6 miles away. Every time i go here, they have the music too loud. Today really made me angry though because not only was the music so loud i could barely talk over it, it was rap music with the N word every other sentence, and cussing every other word. On top of that, the girl working behind the counter was just standing there doing nothing, and there were atleast 3 different soda's i tried that were out of service, the cups were out, and looking around i could multiple other items that were not stocked. Parking lot was empty so she had no excuse to not be doing something. I made a short video to get the music on video and left. This was at the loaf and jug on galley just east of powers in colorado springs. You people need to get your heads out of your asses. Nobody wants to hear that racist music.

Dickinson, ND Location between 2:45-3:45AM on 10/19/2020 by Mrs87wheeler on 10/21/2020 I live in Dickinson ND and I go into our Loaf n Jug here daily. I have never been treated with anything other than respect. The staff, on every shift, has always been friendly and helpful. However, on the 19th of October , the employee , who I have never seen before, spoke to my sister and I in the rudest and most disrespectful manner. When we pulled into the parking lot the employee was sitting outside in his car. He came in the store when he saw us drive up. We walked to the back to grab some drinks and he stood at the end of isle we were in, staring at the ground the whole time we were doing our shopping. It was a little odd. He continued to stand in the same spot staring at the ground even as we were now waiting for him at the counter, only for about 30 seconds, but it still just seemed a little odd. When he came to counter to assist us, he was shaking his head and said "he couldn't believe the size of our footprints we left on the floor." I thought he was joking, so I just kind of chuckled it off. He told us sternly to look at the snow prints we left on the floor and informed us he had already mopped for the night. I realized that when he was starring at the ground , he was staring at our footprints and I kind of felt bad that we upset him. I told him I was sorry and we didn't mean to mess up his floors. I even offered to walk a mop over our wet shoe prints. He just continued to speak to us as though we were little children that he was scolding and told us " how rude we were for even coming to the store while he was outside, but since we did, we should have spent more time wiping our feet on the rug " I felt uncomfortable and insulted by the tone and words he used when he spoke to us. I asked him if I could see his name tag before we left. Mostly I wanted to see if it said he was a Manager . His response was " I can write my Fu**ing name down for you its Bryce" . I told him that I had spent most of my adult life in a management position , and I would seriously be upset if I knew one of my team member / employee's , spoke to a customer the way he spoke to and treated my sister and I. I don't recall his response to my statement or if I even waited around to hear it. However, if possible , I would encourage you to replay the security footage of us and listen to any audio from that night. I'm sure this is not the kind of person you want to represent and be the face of your store. Loaf n Jug was the first stop we made after picking my sister up from the airport. Meaning THIS was the first conversation she had with anyone since arriving in North Dakota. Not a very good impression. I was a little embarrassed of that as well. I wont let this one horrible time out weigh the thousands of excellent visits I've had at Loaf n Jug. However, I DO hope that this was the first and last time there is a situation like this .Thank You for caring enough to listen!

What is this by darren.cullen.31 on 8/23/2020 Have to start with walking in and getting drinks. When I approached the counter and asked for a pack of Turkish camels and she asked me for my ID. Take into account that I have bought cigarettes for the last 10 years for this store. I know my ID by heart. When I told her that my ID was at home but I would give her the number so she could look it up. She told me she would not sell to me and to not come back. I will never step foot in this place again I refuse to be treated like that. I have lived here for 30 years and everyone knows who I am I will be boycotting this company for the really poor service that I received from your manager.
