Such excellent service! I changed my appointment last minute and was accommodated with a smile. No problem with ending up with great looking hair,even with a change in the stylist. They really listen to the customer. I love this salon.

It is always a pleasure to be pampered at Jessica's Color Room. The shampoo is really a cranial massage, the paraffin wax is a hand/arm massage at its very best! Christina always does a great job with my hair.

I love my hair color, but did not have a relaxing experience. My stylist had multiple clients at one time. Also, was not happy with how my hair was styled. I had been driving from MA. I will not be returning.
