Customer service by Rob S. via Judy's Book on 7/25/2011 I bought a "durable" anti itch collar at this place and when it failed in two days they told me I had exposed to "Excessive Wear".If two days use constitutes "durable" I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Convenient, but commercialized by Kris S. via Judy's Book on 6/17/2005 I prefer to go to smaller pet stores because the staff seems more knowledgeable of their animals, but this Petco location does have well-trained staff. The shelves are usually well-stocked and the store is clean, even though there are LOTS…
