PPTC is an all-in-one fitness center. We have Personal Training, Individualized Group Training, and even Boot Camps available!!

Here at PPTC Fitness it is our mission to get your body to perform at its highest level possible- both enhancing performance and reducing your risk of injury. We do this by developing performance programs that are built off of science and designed to fit each clients' personal needs and goals.

All training programs are taught to be implemented in a safe and effective manner, making sure that every one of our clients understands their "why" to everything we are putting into their training routine. We believe that understanding the "why" behind the exercise or movement you're doing will allow you to target the correct muscle groups you are looking for, therefore enhancing performance and reducing your risk of injury.
