We are very proud that all of our Gelato is made locally. Freshness is our priority. Our Gelato is made with a base of milk, instead of cream and has 70% less fat than other styles of ice cream. Gelato typically contains less air, is denser and has a richer flavor than other kinds of frozen desserts.
