We are here to run daily, weekly, monthly, and annually yacht operations and offer a personal Yacht Manager App (once the deal is signed) which will be purchased and used for you to keep track of each activity, event, and schedule throughout the time.

KYM plans to keep Florida as a home port with zero limitations on yacht geographical movement. The sport fishing yacht manager at KYM is passionate, experienced, and ready to run managerial duties as per demand.

Products and Services

Full-time hands-on Yacht Management. Total yacht maintenance programs and monitoring of all repairs. On-Site supervision of shipyard work in progress. Total accounting responsibility. Two concierge ladies are assigned to owners 1&3 and 2&4. Travel costs for Crews and Concierge. Two rotating crews – 2 1/2 weeks on, 2 1/2 weeks off. This ensures the crews are always fresh. Phones and Insurance for Crews, and Concierge. Hotel – Travel arrangements for Owners – Guests and Crews. Trip planning with your Concierge. Tourism Arrangements. Provisioning Courier Services Hotel and Restaurant Reservations. Medical Services. Crew Payroll. Management of yachts’ petty cash accounts with daily accounting. Everything necessary to operate and maintain your yacht.
