Lisa Jordan apprenticed in Charleston SC under two show groomers in 1989,then moved to Oahu Hawaii where she was a mobile groomer.She later moved to the Washington D.C. area to work for Petsmart?. After that Lisa went to Paragon (Nash) Grooming Academy to receive her Masters in grooming, then moved to Florida to become Petsmarts? first southeast regional grooming instructor. After 6 long years, Lisa quit the corporate world to open one of the countries first Pet Day Spa: Nature's Pet Day Spa, in Gainesville Fl. She spent a few year in competitive grooming, showing Lhasa Apsos on the AKC circuit while also competing at NDGA (National Dog Grooming Association) shows around the country. After multiple wins in all catagories (including 1st place best groomed dog 2003) Lisa retired to her Gainesville salon to put her experience to good use serving her clients. In 2006 a second Nature's Pet Day Spa was opened in Summerfield Florida with a full line of natural holistic pet food and treats.
