i've shopped here on a few occations for cues, or balls, or micellaneous peices and the staff is very friendly. however, as the other reviewer stated, parking can be a bit of a hassel.

We've stopped by twice to pick up cue sticks. Sales staff is very good and knows what they are tolking about. Only bad thing is parking spots are sometimes hard to find.
