Todd the Hack is a con a Thief and a liar ! by Georgegreen1120 on 7/18/2021 This guy is building my home with scrap material I met with not one part of it being damaged he lied to me showing me at home that he only did part of as I found out from my rear neighbor who has leaks with her doors and our Neighbor across from her has termites because of the way he built the house his own exterminating company said that. Nothing is done correctly on the house there is damage to everything the porch is crooked the beam holding the porch roof up is crooked all the concrete around the entire house is damaged even the bladder tank has a dent the roof has a belly in it the wood on the facia is not long enough to screw and his crowning out words and he didn’t screw it down so now the Facia metal is all wrinkly He hammer down the drip edge making it ineffective The channel for the soffit half is painted half is not in sags on every part of the soffit .Supposed to be seamless stone tile in the shower it looks like a five-year-old did it he left grout lines showerheads are crooked another wind over the drain there are bellies in the drywall the cabinets are damaged I had to fix the toilet flange myself it was an inch and a quarter high on one side this man is totally unprofessional a liar a thief and a con . I wouldn’t let him build a child’s fort.And I really hope nobody has to deal with what I’m dealing with. Do not use Todd Mack or TMACk homes!
