In Duval County, no permit is required for fence installation. Now some neighboring areas permits are required. Certain parts of the beaches require permits, and a small area of Clay County requires permits.

If you live in a subdivision with a homeowner's association, you will need to check your HOA rules regarding fencing in your subdivision, it will explain the process, and what they will and won't allow in the subdivision as far as fencing and may also explain where you can place the fencing in your boundary of property. Most times, you need the form within your HOA paperwork received at closing, a copy of your fence proposal, and a marked copy of your survey where the fencing is being installed, once they approve you can have the fencing installed by your preferred contractor.

We provide a 2-year warranty on workmanship on all fencing we install. With aluminum and vinyl fencing you receive a lifetime warranty on the material for the vendor. Car damage, storm damage, trees are not included with warranty coverage for any fencing.
