Best massage in Jacksonville by chriswaves9 via Citysearch on 3/1/2012

I have been getting massages there for almost 3 months and I love it! They are so nice and always make sure I walk out of there satisfied. Never had a bad experience.

This my 1st time at Massage Envy. I was told to arrive 15 mintues before my appointment time, 2pm. I waited a total of 30 minutes, the "thereapist" finally saw me at 2:15pm. Two woman who arrived after I did, were immediately attended.…

If you dare sign a contract scrutinize the small print which is plentiful. This location is beyond rigid when it comes to ANY customer service. Too many disclaimers...and absolutely NO response for assistance. I would go ANYWHERE but…
