My name is Eric Francis, I have been an Apple Certified Technician for over 20 years, one of the few independant Apple Macintosh repair techs in Jacksonville, FL. I perform out-of-warranty service on all types of Mac computers. I work for government departments, churches, graphic design firms, independant K-12 schools. Most of my customers are referrals from other customers and their friends. I don't normally advertise my services as I am so busy and there is only one of me.
