The Enclave at Channing Park

Taylor Morrison is very pleased to expand on the success of its popular Channing Park community with a brand-new adjoining neighborhood called The Enclave at Channing Park. Located in the Fish Hawk Ranch area in Hillsborough County, this new neighborhood sits on approximately 73 acres adjacent to Channing Park with connecting roads running between the two properties. Residents of The Enclave will have their own community pool and cabana to enjoy, as well as direct access to the existing amenities at Channing Park including basketball courts, a skateboard park, a playground with picnic facilities, a dog park, soccer fields, an amenity center with fitness area, and a resort-style pool with spa.
