Comfy, clean atmosphere for great yoga classes. Julie does a great job. She makes sure you keep form. Much prettier studio than most in MIA and a great downtown location!

The experience was great and I'll definitely be back. The reception staff was warm and welcoming and even greeted me by name. The instructor, Amy, was curtious and helpful. I thought the class was great and the facilities are wonderful.

I stayed at the EPIC and took core fusion classes daily. I loved the instructors, the studios were gorgeous, and the gym equipment was terrific. I wish I could stay forever and take classes all day!

Exhale is far and away the best yoga/pilates/spa I've been too. Excellent strength claasses that you can followup with a massage there in the building. The prices are high, but if you have been to other "studios" you will easily see why.
