Dr. Stephen J. Stricker

Stephen J. Stricker, M.D., is medical director for the Jackson Medical Group’s pediatric orthopaedic practice. He has more than 30 years of experience caring for children with musculoskeletal problems. Dr. Stricker participates in clinical and basic research, and was the first surgeon to perform the Ilizarov limb-lengthening technique in South Florida. Dr. Stricker is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). He is an active teacher in the Orthopaedic Residency Training Program and is director of the Orthopaedic Resident Research Rotation.
