The Pilates Place Studios in Miami and South Beach… what sets us apart from other “pilates studios”?

The Pilates Place has two fully equipped Pilates studios, one located in Miami and another right in the heart of South Beach.

The Pilates Place Studios offers a variety of both small group and private Pilates classes. Our pilates studios use Balanced Body equipment which is the number one choice for pilates professionals worldwide since 1976. Our pilates equipment includes pilates reformers, towers, Pilates chairs, ladder barrel, ped o pul and assorted pilates accessories like jump-boards, spine correctors, thera-bands, versa-discs, weighted medicine balls and weighted bars. We are the main pilates training site for the Beyond The Basics Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Certificate Program (530 hour pilates teacher training program) – the only pilates teacher training program in Miami that is listed in The Pilates Method Alliance website.

The Pilates Place boasts a staff of comprehensively trained pilates teachers from a variety of education backgrounds. All of our pilates instructors have completed a minimum of 450 hours of education in the classroom and studio, and each is certified to teach on ALL of the Pilates equipment, i.e. pilates reformer, tower, chair, jumpboard, etc. Our teachers are trained and certified as Pilates teachers, as opposed to a fitness professional who has taken a few pilates classes/workshops. Our strong education and experience background means we can work with a variety of bodies, modifying the pilates exercises as needed, not just easier, but more challenging too!!!

Our pilates classes have a maximum of 6 participants. Small pilates classes offer the following:
