Needed work on tub/shower faucet that wasn't property diverting all the water to the showerhead. Plumber was scheduled to arrive between 1 to 2pm and arrived at 1:00pm. He wore a mask and donned gloves at my request. He took less than 5 minutes to analyze the job then went to work when I okayed the estimate. Work was quickly completed to my satisfaction. Can't get much better than that.
When we had another clog in our sink just last week on a Friday night, they sent someone out late in the evening at almost 10:30pm, which is really late for us. The workman came out with filthy hands and a loose cloth mask and no booties we were really concerned. While he worked, his cloth mask fell of numerous times and had we not watched him and politely asked he put it back over his nose and mouth, he would have spent the hour he was here basically working without a mask on. We were extremely nervous about contracting covid from him and there was a huge mess afterwards. So it was even more upsetting when he was unable to fix the clog and said he'd be out the next day early in the morning. He said it should only be about 15 min.
