Maria George Hadjikyriakou, MD

After completing her undergraduate degree in biology and cognitive science at the University of Virginia, Dr Maria Hadjikyriakou pursued a medical degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine/Medical College of Virginia. She subsequently completed her general psychiatry residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System, followed by a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry. She is now an assistant professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and is a board-certified psychiatrist as part of the Psycho-oncology and Cancer Support Services team at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
