Salutem Club

Salutem Club is a family society created with the intention of helping people to change their lifestyles. We forms habits based on nutrition, exercise and self-defense. Our programs are personalized based on individual's needs. Small groups allow us to coach more effectively. We offer a monthly fitness evaluation using a MicroFit system. This technology allow us to accurately assess health and fitness status, identify appropiate intervention programs and track individual outcomes.
We offer online programs as well.
