RUN! by babyjessy2 on 12/5/2017 Stay away, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group of individuals. Tile which was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday morning, was not only delivered twice incorrectly but was left in driveway on Saturday 4 days after the fact!!! Delivery fee which was promised to be refunded still has yet to be returned. After dealing with employees I finally got to a "supervisor" Ana Acosta, who clearly has no concern for customer satisfaction. If I could start all over i would gladly pay twice the price elsewhere than to deal with the headaches and unprofessionalism at Gluck.
