Andrea Karahalios is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. She teaches group studio classes at Om Movement in Coconut Grove Miami and Corpo Yoga in Downtown Dadeland. She offers private and corporate classes. Andrea is available by appointment for Ayurvedic consultations for digestive health. Working with lifestyle, diet, nutrition, herbs, meditation and relaxation techniques to build health, clarity, stability and strength to achieve direction toward fulfilling life's goals and removing it's obstacles.
