Entered the Marines soon after high school. Left the Marines pursued a career as a security officer and worked my way to Director of Security of Mid Level Hotel franchise. I started my careerin alarm industry in 1994. In twenty years I have engross myself in all facets of the industry. The industry has changed some believe for the better and other changes not. I believe customer is left holding the bag. Service calls price are too high. Now customer's service over the phone is too common place. Trinity Protection Systems were launched so that customers can believe in the products and the services because I will believe in my customer.
