Get In Shape For Women offers small group personal training for women. 1 personal trainer works with 1 to 4 women at a time in a private upscale studio for as little as $19/session. Our purpose at Get In Shape for Women, is to create an environment that not only empowers women, but provides the tools for a complete body transformation.
