Steven Effman maintains an active family law practice in the trial courts throughout the South Florida area. Steven Effman has 38 years of experience in this area of law. Steven Effman has been representing both men and women in all aspects of Matrimonial litigation. He has been a guest lecturer for the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Broward County Bar Association. While serving in the Florida House of Representatives, he was an active Member of the Committee on Family Law and Children, sponsoring significant pieces of family-friendly legislation which advance the rights of Parents and children.
