Today I had Lawrence and Newman come to my apartment to pack my belongings. These gentlemen were very professional and courteous. There was an incident in which a neighbor was upset about how the moving truck was parked, but they handled it professionally. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving and packing services.

They worked quickly and diligently the entire time. They did not stop for food or drinks - they were like working machines. SO friendly. They treated my valuables with great care. They packed everything securely and safely, and it all fit. I couldn't have been more impressed. All around was a good experience. These guys were the best!!! The elevator in my apartment complex broke the morning of the move. And I live on the 4th floor. Max, the driver, took it all in stride, and the whole move was still completed on the shorter end of the time estimate that Garage gave me on the phone, which was great! I would use them again, for sure.

They were friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in their trade. Everything was professionally wrapped in blankets and then plastic wrapped for additional safety. They even respectfully worked around my 85-year-old mother, who isn't very mobile. Also, you can pay in cash, check, or credit card over the phone, and that is convenient! It was worth every penny.

On moving day, the moving team showed up and rocked. They were careful in protecting all of my possessions and ensuring that all carpets and flooring were protected. These guys are miracle workers! They wrapped everything carefully and moved everything meticulously. They disassembled our clunky bed and our awkward corner desk and assembled both at the new place with no problem. When I move again in five years, I'm def. calling.

Very trustworthy couple and professional. They showed up earlier than we scheduled, which worked out great. Super-fast response to my initial inquiry and fair priced. They wrapped the essential items with blankets and helped set up our bed at our new place. Excellent customer service and great attitude. Very trustworthy! From the initial call to Miller at My Best Movers, right through to the completion of our move, West and his team were exceedingly professional, thorough, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with. I speak to a smaller niche market of people moving to a different apartment within the same building. However, I can only imagine that their top-notch services and excellence in carrying out their job are every bit as thorough, safe, and smooth on the customer on ANY move you may hire them to handle. The movers are right on time and highly experienced and careful with our items -- nothing was damaged. The crew showed up on time, replied to our questions, and understood our moving situation. They kept masks on the entire time. The staff was SO impressed with how fastly they moved us into our three-story townhouse (no elevator). There were no surprise fees. The whole move ended up being more affordable than we had thought. The person I talked with over the phone was terrific. Send me a follow-up email after we speak to confirm the move. Just great service. The movers came on time and went right to work after the initial walk-thru. They were all friendly and very professional. Hiring movers can be an added expense during a move, but it is was worth every penny!!! They moved me ultimately in like two hours. Nothing scratched, nothing broken, and they were courteous to where I wanted things. I will recommend them!
