King size bed mattress, seem to be new very comfortable.Room very clean and quiet.Salty life food shack next door is excellent. About a hundred yards to the ocean and pier,near all the exhibits of St. Augustine.

A great hotel that is close to the beach. The room was clean and very nice. Not much to choose from for breakfast but it was still available for free. It is literally right across from the beach. Free WiFi and parking.
